STATS has recently been awarded the Investor’s in People
Standard after coming through a successful assessment.
The company’s bid to attain the standard was driven
by director Paul Stearns on behalf of the board, with organisational
and logistical support coming from assistant company secretary
Siân Kitchen.
As a part of the assessment process, thirty-six staff from
all parts of STATS were interviewed over the course of two
and a half days.
Comment from Paul Stearns:
“The assessor was highly complimentary about the calibre
and enthusiasm of the staff and made a point of saying how
much he had enjoyed the interviews. This is a tremendous achievement
for STATS and a tribute to the hard work and commitment of
all of the staff.
STATS managing director Fergus Collie was also delighted
with the achievement:
