Depending upon our client’s requirements and the characteristics of the assets involved we will provide:

Deleterious materials surveys, including identification and evaluation of alkali-aggregate reactivity, chlorides, high alumina cement (HAC), reinforcement corrosion and sulfates in concrete and calcium silicate bricks and woodwall slab formwork
Hazardous materials surveys, including asbestos, fungi and other micro-organisms and lead paint
Full structural investigations to reveal the detailed design principles and quality of past workmanship and associated building surveys into features such as cavity wall ties
Phase 1 land contamination studies and where appropriate phase 2 intrusive investigations, testing and risk assessment
