Sample Disposal

Samples are retained for ONE month from the issue of the final report or certificate. Should you wish us to retain the samples for a longer period, or should you wish to collect the samples please complete this section of the form. If we do not hear from you within the ONE month period, samples will be disposed of. Storage beyond our standard one-month period will be charged at £50 per quarter per 20kg. Requests will be accepted for a maximum of six months, after which we will dispose of the samples unless instructed to the contrary.
