Experienced Geotechnical Engineer

Since starting a geotechnical and geoenvironmental practice at our Coventry office just over a year ago, the team has grown rapidly as our clients have responded positively to the professional service provided. The region, of course, offers many challenges in geotechnics from stabilising ground over mineworkings or landslides to developing earthworks and foundation solutions for the booming property sector. To keep pace with developments we are urgently seeking an Engineer or Geologist with experience in site characterisation, ground models and geotechnical engineering analysis and design. The successful candidate, who must be numerate, will have a relevant good first degree and preferably a specialist MSc and is likely to have worked at one of the major Consulting Engineers or specialist ground engineering/piling contractors in a technical role. The position commands a very competitive package and excellent future career prospects.

ASBESTOS & WATER MANAGEMENT – Provides a professional service to property owners, managers and occupiers covering their duty of care to manage asbestos, internal water quality, fire risks and other occupational health issues. We also work with property developers and house-builders undertaking Type 1, 2 and 3 asbestos surveys, managing removals and generally taking care of all aspects of asbestos and other hazardous substances in buildings and other structures.
